Welcome to Starfeliks, an OTT platform operated by Felikstar Entertainment LLP ("we," "us," or "our"). These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Starfeliks platform, including our website, mobile applications, and any related services (collectively, the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Felikstar Entertainment LLP, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the Service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability to you will not exceed the amount you paid to us in the preceding 12 months.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms will be resolved exclusively in the courts located in Mumbai, India. You agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
